Made a misunderstanding right
I earlier wrote a negative review regarding my experience with Sunrise Marine. I have to give their team 5 stars plus for their immediate response to my review. I was contacted by Matt Allen, Sales Manager, who listened to my issue and stated he was going to get into it and make it right. This was only 30 minutes after my review. I was also contacted by the salesman, Larry, who apologized for the misunderstanding. This is what customer service should be. These two individuals turned a bad experience into a very good experience. So I would like to thank both Larry and Matt, yall made an unpleasant experience into a very positive experience.
