I drove 9 hours to pick up a boat and the staff had everything ready and waiting for me when I arrived as they knew I had driven all day. Customer service was excellent and each staff member took time to make sure I understood what I needed to from parts, sales, and finance. The parts department was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to complete my boat purchase. My salesperson (Rayel) put my transom saver on my boat that I had just purchased and the parts department helped me hook up my trailer and check lights.
